Ola’s Southern Cuisine 2 business is based off love and family. We were taught to cook with love and sit at the table with family and eat.  Ola is my late grandmother name that will be carried on for generations through us. A quote I often remember her saying when we walk in the kitchen when she was cooking was “Get yo ass out the kitchen. Don’t you see me cooking”. I know it was all love because she opened her kitchen to me and taught me the importance of cooking.  She is the reason I know love is an important ingredient when preparing, cooking, and serving others.
We are keen on great customer service, time management, and flavorful food. We pride ourselves on preparing and serving people with great quality food by offering the best of both worlds.  Our specialty in seafood and soul food helps give life a different flavor.  It doesn’t stop with just those specialties for Chef Blaac, if you think it he can create it. He as adamant about personality, presentation, and flavor. We provide a variety of services to meet the needs of different budgets and life styles.
